Paul S. LeBaron, PLS
Land Surveying Department Manager
Paul LeBaron has over 30 years of varied experience in land surveying. He is responsible for overseeing Nitsch Engineering's 18-person survey department, and provides QA/QC on survey projects.
Paul has a vast amount of experience working on topographic, boundary, and major route surveys, as well as water, sewer, and drainage projects. He has also been called in to give expert witness testimony on title dispute issues, which required extensive plan and deed research. Paul manages projects for various government agencies including Massachusetts Water Resources Authority, Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, Metropolitan District Commission, Division of Capital Asset Management, and the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority.
Paul is a registered Professional Land Surveyor in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New York. He is a member of the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping and a member of the Water Environment Federation. Paul has an Associates Degree in civil engineering from Mohawk Valley Community College.
