Sandy Brock has over 20 years of experience in the civil engineering field. A registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts and a LEED® Accredited Professional, Sandy has developed an expertise in sustainable site design. Her efforts for various private owners and state agencies in preparing subdivision and site plans and reports for property appraisal purposes have given her a strong background in land use planning to meet local zoning and planning regulations.

Sandy graduated from the University of Lowell with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, then spent two years designing and constructing rural water supplies in Malawi, Africa for the Peace Corps. She is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, a member of the Leadership Education Committee for the American Council of Engineering Companies, and a member of the Nomination Committee for the Boston Society of Civil Engineers Section. Sandy was also the chair of the Site Development Technical Group for the Boston Society of Civil Engineers Section. Sandy has presented at various industry events on topics such as site development permitting and stormwater management best management practices. She is currently an instructor for the Boston Architectural College’s Landscape Design Program “Site Engineering” Course.
